Harish is a 22 yr Intel veteran and has worked on several Lead CPU design projects across diverse areas from Architecture, RTL/Validation to Circuit Design and in a variety of roles ranging from technical contributor to managing large Post Si Validation teams. His current focus is on developing innovative validation approaches to tangibly improve validation schedule and efficiency.

Sushma has a range of experience and expertise in multiple tools spanning software development to RTL verificationincludeing Java, C++, Verilog. She holds a Master's & a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Portland State University and University of Mumbai repectively.

2-8 yrs. experience in verifying different aspects of x86 and ARM Architecture/ Microarchitecture. In-depth knowledge of High Performance Out of Order/Superscalar Architectures along with Industry standard Protocols like PCIE,DDR*.
Must have good knowledge of design & verification environment/flows and excellent hands-on debug skills with Strong Verilog, System Verilog, PLI/DPI interface, SystemC or C/C++, Perl/Python/shell script programming skills
Role will require good communication/technical influencing skills and the ability and desire to foster a team environment
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
